State of the Art Videoconferencing facilities have been introduced in the Manila Office of GlobalCare, Inc.
The videoconferencing equipment includes the latest VSX 3000 equipment from Polycom, Inc. and a Videoconferencing over IP connection. The equipment was installed in May 2005 and has been under test with various clients for the last six months. "Reaction to the new equipment and the service has been very positive" commented Emmanuel Macapagal, IT Manager for the Global Resource Center, "This installation is one of the first permanent installations of its type in the Philippines".
