GlobalCare is a San Francisco based company with a Global Resource Center based in Manila. We specialize in International Recruitment. We provide permanent positions for nurses, with our client hospitals in the United States.
Our clients are hospitals and healthcare institutions in California , Nevada , Arizona and Alaska. They include the full spectrum of healthcare institutions from regional healthcare districts, city hospitals and clinics, to large metropolitan healthcare centers. The hospitals vary in size from 50 beds to over 800. |

We conduct Hiring Tours with our clients on a monthly basis. During a Hiring Tour our clients make employment offers to those candidates that pass the interview. The majority of these tours are to the Philippines, however there plans to extend this to other countries in 2005.
We also conduct Career Fairs for Philippine Candidates, based in the United States who would like to move to California, Nevada or Arizona

Our Global Resource Center in Manila, monitors, assists, guides and advise nurses who commit themselves to the GlobalCare program. The center is staffed with Career Specialists, Immigration Attorneys, and professional Educators and Trainers. Their task is to ensure that a GlobalCare nurse gets through all the visa, licensing and testing issues in the shortest possible time, and with the least amount of hassle.

We maintain our own Review Center , known as the GlobalCare Academy that provides training centers and a study lab for the review of IELTS and NCLEX. We have the highest pass rate in the Philippines for candidates taking these examinations.
