The GlobalCare Global Resource Center is a comprehensive team of Career Specialists, Trainers, Psychologists and Registered Nurses who are the backbone of the GlobalCare service.
They provide services to candidates from regional Resource Centers around the Philippines and the world. It is also the base for the GlobalCare Academy.
The team also provides liaison with Government departments in the Philippines, on the export of nurses to the United States
The Global Resource Center is the center for :
Attract & Qualify
Responsible for attracting and qualifying all the GlobalCare candidates. Develops and updates the Candidate Information Profiles. Maintains the CareNet database. Provides the base for the Philippine Verification Panel
Client Commitment
Management
Provides the CCM (Client Commitment Management) service to clients. Maintains a program of Candidate Socials to retain candidate interest in GlobalCare and client hospitals throughout the long application process.
Visa Processing
Manages the Visa Processing function for the company
Integration & Assimilation
Manages the Philippine component of the Integration & Assimilation program
Testing Certification and Licensing
Manages the Testing, Certification and Licensing of candidates
Community Outreach
Programs
Conducts a community outreach program that sponsors free Medical and Dental clinics in poor rural areas. Provides scholarships for student nurses attending colleges that form part of the GlobalCare Alliance program.
Alliance Program
Maintains the Philippine component of the GlobalCare Alliance Program. Provides liaison and advice to Philippine Colleges seeking to train graduate nurses for overseas employment
